Terms of Use

The service

restockme is a free, hosted tool that watches publicly listed Etsy items and emails you when a sold-out one becomes available again. You need a Google account to sign in. By using it you accept these terms; if you do not, do not use the service.

What it is not

Your account

Emails

Signing in means agreeing to receive the restock alerts, which are the point of the service. They can be turned off in the app at any time, and deleting your account stops them permanently. restockme sends no marketing email of any kind.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is, with no warranty. It runs on a free hosting tier and depends on the Etsy API, so it may be unavailable, delayed, or may miss a restock entirely — for example if an item sells out again between two hourly checks, or if a seller relists it under a new listing id, which to this app is a different item. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including a missed or late alert, a wrong price or stock figure, or an item that sells out before you reach it. Do not rely on it as your only means of buying anything that matters.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it. The service may be discontinued at any time, in which case accounts and their data are deleted.
